The CRS rates candidates eligible for immigration to Canada through Express Entry based on the following factors: age, education, and work experience.
core human capital factors
factors relating to an accompanying spouse or common-law relationship;
skill transferability variables;
a provincial nomination, a qualifying offer of arranged employment, Canadian study experience, a Canadian sibling, and/or French language proficiency.
Under the Comprehensive Ranking System, there are a total of 1,200 points available. For applicants without a spouse or common-law partner, there are the following options:
500 points maximum available for core human capital components;
100 points maximum available for skill transferability criteria;
600 available points for a provincial nomination; or
Up to 200 points are available for a valid employment offer; and
up to 30 points for study experience in Canada;
up to 50 additional points for French and English language skills combined; and
a maximum of 15 points for a Canadian sibling (Citizen or Permanent Resident).
For candidates with an accompanying spouse or common-law partner:
a maximum of 460 points are available for the applicant's core human capital criteria;
40 points maximum for the core human capital factors of the spouse or common-law partner.
600 available points for a provincial nomination; or
Up to 200 points are available for a valid employment offer; and
up to 30 points for study experience in Canada.
30 to 50 additional points for French and English language skills combined; and
15 maximum points for a Canadian sibling (one sibling of the lead candidate and the accompanying spouse/common-law partner is considered).

This does seem to be quite promising but I am wondering how many points I will get if I add my spouse with my profile, I did calculate using this Express entry score calculator and looks like I will lose few points by adding my spouse in it, I think adding spouse gives me opportunity to add her points also.
