Who reviews Immergity’s immigration content?
Immigration articles published on this site are written or substantively reviewed by Pranav Bhushan, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant licensed as RCIC R705848.
Review considers the accuracy of program rules, the distinction between eligibility and discretion, practical limitations and whether the article could be misunderstood as advice for a specific person.
Source hierarchy
Primary authorities come first.
We prioritize official material from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, provincial and territorial immigration authorities, Justice Laws, the Federal Court and other responsible government or regulatory bodies.
Secondary reporting may help identify a development, but it does not replace the underlying official source for a material legal or program claim. Where professional judgment is offered, it is identified as analysis rather than stated as a government rule.
Updates and corrections
Material changes are dated.
Each Insight displays its publication date and most recent review date. A date is changed only when the content receives a meaningful review or update—not merely because the website was redeployed.
When a program changes, we revise affected statements, replace obsolete source links where possible and clarify any conclusion that no longer reflects the current rules. Readers can report a suspected error to info@immergityimmigration.com.
Scope and independence
General information has clear boundaries.
